1. Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Primal Moves websites and online services:

- Training platform: https://v2.primalmoves.com
Both are owned and operated by Primal Moves Ltd, registered in Essex, United Kingdom, with franchise operations in Spain, Portugal, and the United States.
By using any part of our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. What We Offer
Primal Moves provides:
- In-person movement classes and workshops
- Online video-based training and subscription memberships
- Digital content and downloadable materials
- Physical products such as supplements and merchandise
Access to the online training platform or purchase of any product constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Accounts and Memberships
You may create an account to access the app and member-only areas.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date
- Not sharing your account or giving others access to your content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we detect misuse, fraud, or multiple trial accounts.
4. Free Trials, Payments & Renewals
New users may start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid membership unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel anytime before the next billing date from your account dashboard.
- Once payment has been processed, refunds are not available.
Physical & Digital Products
- Refunds for shipped products are not available once the order has been processed.
- Refunds for digital goods are not available once content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
- Please review your selections carefully before purchase.
iOS App Store Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Primal Moves through the iOS app via Apple’s App Store, the following additional terms apply alongside the rest of these Terms. These terms exist to comply with Apple’s App Store guidelines for auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Auto-renewal: All subscriptions purchased through the App Store are auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- How to cancel: You can cancel an App Store subscription at any time. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Subscriptions, select Primal Moves, and tap Cancel Subscription. (The full path is: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, then pick Primal Moves.) Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period — you keep access until the period ends.
- Pricing: Prices shown in the iOS app are managed by Apple and may differ from prices shown on our website. Apple converts pricing tiers into local currencies, taxes, and store rules, so the amount charged on iOS may not exactly match the web price.
- Payment: Payment for App Store subscriptions is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal unless cancelled.
- Refunds: Refund requests for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Primal Moves. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s refund process. We are unable to issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.
- Apple’s standard EULA: Use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple’s rules for auto-renewable subscriptions apply in addition to these Terms; where they conflict, Apple’s rules govern App Store purchases.
- Account portability: A subscription purchased on the App Store is tied to the Apple ID used at purchase. The same Primal Moves account can be used on the web and in the iOS app, but the subscription itself lives wherever you originally bought it. Cancelling on iOS does not cancel a separate web subscription, and vice versa.
5. Personal Use Only
All content, videos, classes, and materials provided by Primal Moves are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
- Share, copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission
- Use any content for coaching, resale, or public performance
- Record, mirror, or scrape any portion of the platform
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account termination.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Primal Moves is a movement and fitness-based training system.
By participating in any class, workshop, or video session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own risk.
- You have consulted your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
- You understand that all movement activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, or other physical harm.
- You release Primal Moves Ltd, its trainers, employees, affiliates, and franchise partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any class, practice, or program, whether in person or online.
Primal Moves and its representatives do not guarantee specific results or medical outcomes.
7. Conduct and Fair Use
You agree to use our services responsibly.
You must not:
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
- Attempt to disrupt or hack our platform
- Misuse the free trial or create multiple accounts to avoid payment
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable any account that violates these terms, without refund or prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, videos, graphics, trademarks, and other materials on our websites and app are the exclusive property of Primal Moves Ltd or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Primal Moves Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, data loss, or interruption of service.
- Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the service during the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services.
Upon termination, your right to access any paid content ends immediately, without refund.
11. Privacy
Your use of the site and app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data and cookies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
The latest version will always be posted on our website.
Continued use of the site or app after updates means you accept the new Terms.
